§ 1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions specify the rules for using the website available at https://www.qualixsoftware.com/, operated by Qualix Software, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".

Use of the Service is equivalent to acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

§ 2. Definitions

Whenever these Terms and Conditions refer to:

Service - means the Administrator's website available at https://www.qualixsoftware.com/
User - means a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality who uses the Service
Client - means a User who has expressed interest in the Administrator's offer or has entered into an agreement with the Administrator

Obtaining commercial inquiries

Recruitment process handling

§ 4. Conditions of Service Use

Use of the Service is possible under the following conditions:

Having a device with internet access
Having a web browser supporting HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3 technology
Accepting cookies
Providing true and current data in contact forms
Not taking actions contrary to law or good customs

§ 5. Registration and User Accounts

Registration is not required in the Service. Users can use most functionalities without creating an account.

In the case of services requiring providing personal data (e.g., newsletter, contact form), the User is obliged to provide true and current data.

§ 6. Rules for Using Forms

When using forms available in the Service, the User undertakes to:

Provide true and current data
Not send unlawful, obscene, offensive content or content violating third parties' rights
Not send content containing viruses or other malicious software
Not send spam or unwanted correspondence

Copying, modifying, distributing or using in any other way materials available in the Service without the prior written consent of the Administrator is prohibited.

The Administrator is not liable for:

Damage resulting from the use of the Service
Service errors resulting from technical reasons
Service interruptions
Users' actions violating legal regulations
Content posted by Users

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on December 25, 2024.
